Supplier Requirements & Terms and Conditions
These Supplier Quality Requirements and Terms of Purchase define the requirements, quality expectations, and flow-down obligations applicable to all suppliers providing materials, special processes, or services to Schott Manufacturing Solutions. Acceptance of any purchase order constitutes acceptance of these requirements.

Acceptance of any purchase order, shipment, or performance of work constitutes acceptance of these Supplier Quality Requirements and Terms of Purchase.
Suppliers shall maintain a quality management system compliant with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other applicable standards as required. Suppliers shall ensure that all personnel are qualified and that processes are controlled.
Suppliers shall flow down all applicable requirements to sub-tier suppliers, including customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and technical specifications. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring compliance throughout their supply chain.
Suppliers shall only perform work within their approved scope as defined by Schott Manufacturing Solutions' supplier approval system.
Suppliers shall provide Certificates of Conformance and any required documentation, including material certifications, inspection reports, and test data. Records shall be retained and made available upon request.
Suppliers shall notify Schott Manufacturing Solutions of any nonconforming product and obtain approval prior to shipment of any nonconforming items.
Schott Manufacturing Solutions, its customers, and regulatory authorities reserve the right to access supplier facilities, records, and processes for verification purposes.
Suppliers shall ensure that all materials and components are authentic and traceable and shall prevent the use of counterfeit or suspect parts.
Suppliers shall notify Schott Manufacturing Solutions of changes to processes, materials, facilities, ownership, or key personnel that may affect product quality.
