We start by listening, then evaluate feasibility and the best machining strategy. The client reviews the plan before we proceed. We welcome early design-for-manufacturing conversations to refine prototypes before production.
The print becomes precise CNC programming, then part machining on our CNC equipment, with quality checks throughout the build.
Final inspection verifies the part against the design and quality expectations. We pack it securely and ship as agreed, then follow up for feedback.
Built for production
We want long-term production contracts, so we treat every prototype as the start of a process. We lock in the machining strategy, inspect to the print, and hold the same standard on every run. We stay 100% aligned with the customer from engineering and fixturing through CMM inspection and delivery, with very strong communication.
